What exactly will we be doing at the Menopause/Healthy Aging Retreat?
You come as you are.
You wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
You don’t need to have special shoes or equipment.
You bring at least two healthy snacks (instead of a lunch) No Tree Nuts!
You bring a water bottle or to-go cup.
What we’ll do:
Sit and learn the latest information on menopause and healthy aging based on science. Topics such as hormones, nutrition, sleep, movement, pelvic health, hormone therapy, self-compassion. Handouts provided. Questions encouraged!
Discuss our own experiences and feelings. (as you feel comfortable)
Move in a way that feels good to you (lots of options and adaptations for all abilities).
Breathe together.
Create a plan for going forward that you can start.
