• Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Please let us know as soon as possible if you can not attend your appointment due to illness.  

• Do not attend an in person appointment if you are sick. 

• Book at least one appointment when you check out, which can be rescheduled if required with 24 hours notice minimum. 

• Rescheduling of appointments with less than 24 notice is subject to a $40 fee at  the discretion of Thrive staff.  Please email thrivepelvicfloor@gmail.com.

• Packages of appointments are valid for 3 months from purchase.  

• Coaching packages include free access to the video library.  

• Practice Video memberships can be cancelled at any time by signing into your account.

• Class Packages- are for a set block of classes at a specific day and time- save your spot. 

• Punch Passes are for 4 summer classes- you must pre-register, (first come first served- if there's space) 

 

Refund Policy: 

• If you purchase a set of appointments and then don't use them, we are happy to refund you.  If you use part of a set, please let us know how we can improve your experience.

• Physical and downloadable products are non-refundable.

• Class packages- once the class block starts there are no refunds unless your spot can be filled.
