Really? Yes hypopressives can be transformative. The full story is that B.B. has committed to changing her body and her habits. She did more than eight one on one coaching sessions over a number of months. She practiced daily at home with the homework suggested. (about 15 min) And now she subscribes to the practice video membership and does hypopressives every day as part of her wellness practice. And she got "Magical" results. She did the work consistently.
