Specific for women who are in peri-menopause or post-menopause. Learn, move, laugh and build muscle, bone, brains with pelvic floor friendly guidance. Dumbells, resista bands, body weight exercise.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel one week prior to the beginning of the class session you will receive a refund. You commit to an entire block of classes and attend as many as possible. If you cannot attend class please let Carmen know as a courtesy.
