Service Description
You don't just have to put up with pads and pain. Small class for individual attention. Only 4 people. Learn about breathing, releasing, strengthening for pelvic floor and core; including back. Then learn the basics of the hypopressive method from the start. We'll cover the hypopressive breath, the beginner poses, and learn the apnea or false breathe. You don't have to know anything to start. Block of 8 classes $150. Starts Thursdays Oct 9 at 10 am.

Cancellation Policy
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can not attend your appointment due to illness. Do not attend an in person appointment if you are sick. Late cancellations are subject to a $40 fee at the discretion of Thrive Staff.
