Service Description
Block of 6 classes- Continue on your journey with the hypopressive method. Small class for individual attention. Only 4 people. We'll refine the breathing, apnea and basic poses. You must already know how to do the apnea. (Check with Carmen if this is the best spot for you) Hypopressives is amazing for learning to breathe well, resetting your body, your nervous system and your core to handle stress and challenge. It can help with pelvic floor issues, back issues, pain, posture and aging. If you are training for an athletic event, a trip of a lifetime, wanting to feel stronger- this practice can be just that little bit extra help.

Cancellation Policy
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can not attend your appointment due to illness. Do not attend an in person appointment if you are sick. Late cancellations are subject to a $40 fee at the discretion of Thrive Staff.
